Compactpay Capital

Risk Disclosure

What can go wrong when you invest or trade with us, said plainly.

Markets

Prices move against you

The value of what you hold can fall as well as rise. You can lose some or all of the money you put in.

Orders

Fills are not guaranteed

When markets move quickly, your order can fill at a worse price than the one you saw, or not fill at the size you wanted.

Rules

Availability can change

A change in the law or in a market we use can limit what you can buy, sell, or withdraw.

1. Markets can take your capital

What you hold with us can lose value. Income from it can stop. Past results are not a guide to what happens next, and we will not tell you otherwise.

2. Some holdings are hard to sell

Some instruments trade less often. You may not be able to exit at the price or on the day you want.

3. Other parties can fail

We use custodians and other firms to hold and move assets. If one of those firms fails, your portfolio can take a loss.

4. We do not advise you

Compactpay executes the orders you place and shows you the market data we have. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice. If you need that, speak to someone qualified before you commit capital.
